LEADING THE CHILDREN'S MEDIA ASSOCIATION FORWARD

Life has always been a journey for me … learning, growing, and experiencing. It all shapes me, and I see the growth and the opportunity in all of it. I have also actively given back throughout my career in many different ways. More recently, I have been looking for new ways to contribute to the industry that has afforded me so much while also continuing to produce and develop content for Very Big World Entertainment as well as other partners and studios.

I am humbled and excited to share that I am the new President of the Children’s Media Association (CMA). The organization started by Livia Beasley over twenty years ago was initially a way to connect friends working within the kids and family space. Over the years, as children’s media has exploded, the CMA team has grown the organization to be a vital voice within the industry. CMA offers a robust mentorship program, inspired workshops, and inclusive events to inform and yes, still connect, the amazing community of people working across kids media across the globe. The CMA community is a wonderfully talented and diverse group who are leading today’s important conversations around kids media. As a producer myself, CMA has been a vital resource and I know it will help you too. 

I hope you will join me on this journey as we all grow and learn together, while also connecting with all the super talented people working within kid’s media around the world.
